Free Trial
Each company can use the Talence AI Free Trial once, for 30 days, with the limits published on our Pricing page. No payment details are collected for the trial and it ends automatically. You are never charged unless you choose and pay for a paid plan.
Paid plans and payment
Paid plans are bought from Billing & Subscription inside the Talence AI workspace and paid through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees; 18% GST is added for Indian customers and shown before you pay. Your plan starts when Razorpay confirms the payment, and a tax invoice is available in Billing.
No automatic renewal
Monthly and annual plans run for the period you paid for and do not renew automatically. Before a period ends, you can renew or change plan from Billing. If you do not renew, the workspace moves to restricted access at the end of the period and your data is retained according to our Privacy Policy and your agreement.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Billing or by writing to contact@talenceai.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and plan changes; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription fees are not refundable for unused days, partial periods or unused usage allowances (AI Credits, WhatsApp messages or resume parsing), because the service and allowance are made available immediately.
- Duplicate payments, or charges made in error, are refunded in full.
- Write to contact@talenceai.com within 30 days of the charge with your company name and the Razorpay payment ID.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 further business days to show the credit.
Upgrades, add-ons and plan changes
Upgrades and add-on purchases (extra AI Credits or WhatsApp messages) take effect when paid and are non-refundable once made available. Downgrades take effect from your next billing period.
Delivery of the service
Talence AI is a software service delivered online. There is no physical delivery. Access to a paid plan is provided in your workspace as soon as payment is confirmed; if access does not update within one hour of a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it or refund the payment.
