Who we are and these terms
Talence AI is a business recruiting software service operated by ZUNOAI Software Private Limited (“Talence”, “we”), registered office WeWork, Tech Embassy Village, No. 496, Block - L, Devarabisanahali, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - 560103. These terms govern use of our website and service. A signed order form or customer agreement, if any, takes precedence over these terms for that customer.
Accounts and authorized users
Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information, role assignment, credential security and activity under their workspace. Access may not be shared with unauthorized people or used across unrelated organizations. Company workspaces may be reviewed before activation.
Recruiting and candidate responsibilities
Customers determine their recruiting purposes, criteria, communications and employment decisions. They are responsible for lawful notices, candidate consent (including for WhatsApp messages), retention instructions and candidate-facing conduct. Talence is not the employer and does not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate suitability.
AI-assisted functionality
AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified person. Customers must not rely on Talence as the sole decision maker for employment decisions or configure it to make unlawful or discriminatory decisions. Our Responsible AI and Acceptable Use policies form part of these terms.
Connected providers
Optional integrations (for example Google, Microsoft and WhatsApp) operate under the customer’s authorization and the provider’s own terms. Availability, permissions and provider behavior can change. Customers are responsible for the accounts they connect and the people they contact through them.
Free trial, plans, payment and taxes
Each company may use the Free Trial once for 30 days with the published limits; no payment is collected for the trial. Paid plans are priced in Indian Rupees as shown on our Pricing page and in Billing, and are paid through Razorpay. 18% GST is added for Indian customers. A plan starts when payment is confirmed and runs for the monthly or annual period paid for; plans do not renew automatically. Usage allowances (AI Credits, WhatsApp messages, resume parsing, jobs and members) apply per plan and are not unlimited unless stated.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees are not refundable for unused time or allowances, except duplicate or erroneous charges, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property and customer content
Talence and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding and documentation. Customers retain their rights in content they lawfully provide and grant Talence the rights needed to host, process and transmit it to provide and secure the service. We do not use customer or candidate content to train AI models.
Service operation and changes
We may maintain, improve or change service functionality and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan during its current period. No uptime or service-level commitment applies unless agreed in a signed agreement.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from the other’s acts. Talence’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by the customer to Talence for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach of these terms or non-payment, with notice where practical. On termination, customers may request an export of their data within 30 days, after which it is deleted or de-identified according to our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms may be sent to contact@talenceai.com.
